1. Acceptance


By accessing the SMMSTAR.COM website or contracting any service, you declare that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use.


If you do not agree, do not use our services.


2. Services


SMMSTAR provides digital marketing services for social networks.


The services are intended for individuals over 18 years of age or users who have authorization from the account holder benefiting from the service.


3. General Rules


The profile receiving the service must be public at the time of contracting.


Services contracted for private profiles do not generate refunds.


We do not guarantee the permanence of results, as external factors may influence them.


Replacements only occur when the contracted service includes this option.


4. Delivery


Once delivery has begun or been completed, it is not possible to cancel or remove the service.


In cases of delays exceeding the average time informed, the client may request an analysis for a refund. Additional services eventually delivered do not generate additional charges and cannot be removed.


5. Payments


Payments are made in advance, via credits in the panel.


Credits do not expire and there is no monthly fee.


Available payment methods: Mercado Pago, PayPal, cryptocurrencies, and bank transfer.


Opening disputes may result in permanent account suspension.


6. Refunds


Refunds or chargebacks occur only in case of proven service failure.


Errors in filling out forms, incorrect links, or misuse are the user's responsibility.


The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services already initiated or completed.


7. Changes


SMMSTAR may change these terms at any time, and it is the user's responsibility to consult them periodically.


8. Privacy


Order information is kept confidential and may only be used to prove delivery or resolve disputes.


9. Legislation


This agreement is governed by Brazilian law, and the jurisdiction of Brazil is chosen for the resolution of any disputes.
